about billie
Billie Mandel is the CEO, Founder and Chief Instigator of Mandel Creative. She has 30 years’ international business experience as an R&D leader in the tech industry, a background as a multidisciplinary social scientist with degrees from Stanford and Berkeley, and ten years as a coach and serial entrepreneur.
After decades as the ONLY (woman, designer, lesbian, Jewish person, person with multiple intersectional identities, etc etc etc) in countless corporate boardrooms, she has a full collectors’ set of stories of what NOT to do, and fun, exciting ways to teach motivated clients to learn from our collective mistakes.
Billie’s expertise is most often sought out on two very specific topics: leading collaborative creativity, and helping leaders with multiple intersectional identities increase decision-making confidence and set better boundaries in the workplace.
