1:1 career transformation coaching
You’re brilliant.
You’re working 1-3 levels above your job description, title, and pay grade.
You’ve been kicking ass, but being overworked and under-recognized is taking a toll. It’s time to decide: go for that raise or promotion, or jump ship for something better.
But if you don’t figure out what “better” really means for you, and how you’ll know it when you see it, you’ll be stuck right back in the same place next year.
I don’t want that for you.
This is my favorite game.
I CAN help you make that move.
1:1 leadership “secret weapon” coaching
If the politics at your place of work are so complex and twisted, you need a Stanford-educated political scientist to help you navigate them, you’ve come to the right place.
Leadership coaching clients come to Billie for a fresh, candid perspective on their gnarliest professional challenges— one that’s not attached to their employment by either a carrot or a stick.
Finally gotten that next-level job and hoping to keep both it AND your sanity intact for a while?
You might need a loudmouth nerdy GenX lesbian as Your Leadership Secret Weapon.

about billie
Billie Mandel is the CEO, Founder and Chief Instigator of Mandel Creative. She has 30 years’ international business experience as an R&D leader in the tech industry, a background as a multidisciplinary social scientist with degrees from Stanford and Berkeley, and ten years as a coach and serial entrepreneur.
After decades as the ONLY (woman, designer, lesbian, Jewish person, person with multiple intersectional identities, etc etc etc) in countless corporate boardrooms, she has a full collectors’ set of stories of what NOT to do, and fun, exciting ways to teach motivated clients to learn from our collective mistakes.
Billie’s expertise is most often sought out on two very specific topics: leading collaborative creativity, and helping leaders with multiple intersectional identities increase decision-making confidence and set better boundaries in the workplace.
